Ok, the 5k Saturday was wonderful. Yes, it was freezing and really early in the morning, but I loved it! I can't wait to run my next one, especially as I managed to run better than I thought I would. My time was exactly 26mins - could be better, but not too bad. It's about an 8.32 min mile.... I'll have to see if I can post pics later, the route is below:
